Terms and Conditions for Juli Fit - ג״ולי פיט

1. Introduction

Welcome to Juli Fit - ג״ולי פיט (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the terms under which we provide our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

a. In-Person Training

  • One-on-One Training: Personalized sessions tailored to your fitness goals.

  • Small Group Training: Sessions for up to 3 participants, each following their individual plan.

  • Includes general nutrition guidance (not personalized).
     

b. Online Coaching

  • Personalized training and nutrition plans delivered  within 1-3 business days.

  • Includes ongoing support through the platform.
     

c. Combined In-Person and Online Training

  • A hybrid option that combines in-person training and online coaching.
     

d. Community Initiatives

  • Free running groups and other community-focused events. These are informal and not governed by these T&Cs.
     

e. Trial Sessions

  • Discounted or free trial sessions for new clients to experience our services.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments are made upfront via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cash.

  • VAT: Prices include VAT at a rate of 18%.

  • Promotions: Discounts or promotions are time-limited and subject to specific terms.

  • No Late Fees: Payments must be made in full before accessing services. Late payments are not applicable as payment is upfront.
     

4. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
 

a. In-Person Training

  • Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through the provided booking system.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Clients must provide 6-hour notice to reschedule a session without penalty.

    • Sessions canceled with less than 6-hour notice will be forfeited.

    • Unused Sessions: Sessions not used within the membership period (e.g., 1 month) will not roll over to the next period.

    • Group sessions must adhere to the group schedule. Rescheduling within the same week will be allowed, subject to availability.
       

b. Online Coaching

  • Programs are delivered within 1-3 business days of purchase. Delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods, but we will notify you promptly.

  • Pausing Memberships:

    • For 3-month packages, memberships can be paused for up to 1 month and a maximum of 2 pauses per year. Pausing must be pre-approved in writing.

    • Monthly memberships cannot be paused. Clients can cancel and rejoin when ready.
       

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. General Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their purchase within 48 hours for any reason and receive a full refund, provided services have not been delivered.
 

b. In-Person Training and Online Coaching

Monthly Memberships:

Clients may cancel at any time, but the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current month, even if unused.

3-Month Packages:

If cancellation occurs after the initial 48 hours, the first month is non-refundable regardless of usage.

A partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused months. Example: If a client cancels after the first month, they will receive a refund for the remaining 2 months.
 

c. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in specific cases, such as:

Severe medical conditions (with documentation).

Extreme situations (e.g., war, natural disasters).

Clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss their situation, and we will work to find a fair solution.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Health Questionnaire: Clients must fill out and sign a health questionnaire before starting.

  • Doctor Clearance: Clients must provide a doctor’s clearance if required.

  • Informing Us: Clients must inform us of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect their ability to train.

  • Adherence: Clients are responsible for following the program and advice provided. Lack of adherence may impact results, for which we are not responsible.
     

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Fitness programs carry inherent risks. By using our services, clients agree to:

    • Assume responsibility for any injuries, except in cases of proven negligence.

    • Consult with a doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
       

  • We are not liable for any injuries, conditions, or issues arising from non-compliance with the program or health questionnaire.
     

8. Intellectual Property

  • All training plans, nutrition guidance, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Juli Fit - ג״ולי פיט.

  • Clients are prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing materials without prior written permission.
     

9. Termination Policy

  • We reserve the right to terminate a client’s membership for:

    • Non-payment.

    • Inappropriate behavior.

    • Breach of these T&Cs.

    • Personal emergencies or situations (e.g., illness or war) that prevent us from providing services. In such cases, refunds or pauses may be offered.
       

10. Legal Compliance

These T&Cs are governed by Israeli law, and any disputes will be handled in Israeli courts.
 

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes through mutual discussion.

  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration before escalating to court.
     

12. Updates to Terms and Conditions

  • Changes to these T&Cs will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”

  • For major changes or updates affecting active services, clients will be notified via email or app message.

  • Policy changes apply to new purchases and renewals. Existing services will remain under the original terms unless the changes benefit the client.
     

13. Force Majeure Clause

  • In cases of war, natural disasters, or other emergencies preventing us from delivering services, clients may:

    • Pause memberships for up to 1 month.

    • Receive refunds for unused sessions if the disruption extends beyond the pause period.
       

14. Age Restrictions

  • Services are available for clients aged 18 and older.
